After 8 weeks & with over 100 of London & the UK’s finest DRAG KINGS, The Divine is super-sizing the final of its ground-breaking competition MAN UP! and taking it to the spectacular ‘CLAPHAM GRAND’.
This amazing venue gives a fantastic opportunity for the emerging queer artists to present themselves in all their finery, showcase their numbers to a roaring audience of 1200 people and prance on an enormous stage fit for a King!
This is a night that will go down in queer nightlife history and is Europe’s largest drag king battle! Lip-synching, live singing, stripping, binding, politicising…. it all happens at MAN UP! and it's right here that the BEST of the UK's King talent is showcased.
Judges from entertainment, journalism and of course the King scene, will cast their eye over 18 swaggering princes and choose the winner of the coveted Man Up! crown and £1000 cash prize! Additional prizes include gigs with The Divine and at The Grand plus free nights out at both venues!!!
Your hosts for the night are the king of kings, CYRO & the powerhouse that is CHIYO. Both are firm favourites of The Divine and will perform whilst lording it over proceedings and help to crown the new King of MAN UP 2024!
PLUS the Man Up 2023 WINNER, MR IPM will return to handover the crown!
