Knockout Wednesday Training (existing members only)

Every Wednesday, come and join us for an hour of fitness, strength, and skills training. We will meet in the boxing gym on the 1st floor of the Sobell Leisure Centre (no need to pay at reception, just tell them you are there for Knockout). 

Changing rooms at gendered M/F and trans-inclusive. In addition, there are 3 completely separate private shower/changing rooms in the Sobell; these are usually locked, but you are able to request a radio key from reception to use them. 

Please arrive at 7:00pm to get changed and to wrap your hands.

We will have gloves to borrow but as this class is not for new members, you must bring your own wraps. More info about equipment here.

This class is not suitable for new members – you must come to a Monday or Thursday class first whether you have boxed before or not.
