by Dolly Trolley
Let's get physical! Dolly Trolley’s Drag Aerobics is a phenomenon to have swept London, the UK, reached every continent in the world, and featured on TV, radio and the magazines. Returning with her face-to-face classes for the first time since the pannetone, when I say werk queen, you say YES QUEEN!
Grab your spandex and get ready for an aerobics class with a twist, turn and shimmey. Its the most fabulous, outrageous and sassiest way to exercise since the Eric Prydz Call On Me music video. Expect lashes, lunges, swish-bishing and grape vines. We start off with a warm-up before following along to a selection of Dolly Trolley’s aerobics routines to our fave dance classics, such as the Pointer Sisters, Shania Twain, Britney Spears, Bonnie Tyler, Lizzo, Dolly Parton, Aqua, Vengaboys, Lady Gaga and Walt Disney. Come in your zaniest activewear and suitable trainers - its not the heels that make the queen! #Squat&Slay

About Strong + Bendy: “At Strong + Bendy we believe no one should feel intimidated when walking into a fitness space. Everyone is welcome, regardless of fitness level.
No Toxic Gym Culture. We are part of a movement that’s reclaiming exercise from the toxic wellness industry. Strong + Bendy is an inclusive studio that rejects the ‘norms’ of traditional gyms; we don’t believe anyone should be pressured to transform their body.
A diet free zone: You will never hear us talk about weight-loss, fasting, calorie restriction, or ‘clean’ eating. We do not believe that diet and exercise need to be so intrinsically linked. The latest fad diet has no place here.”
