Andy Butterfield is a yoga and meditation teacher and shiatsu therapist and helps people to connect deeply into their lifeforce, honour and feel at home in their bodies and know peace in their minds and hearts. He is passionate about creating community and holding a safe, relaxed and meaningful space for gay and bi men to meet and explore intimacy, connection and joy.
He has taught mindfulness for 6 years and practiced yoga asana for 12 and it was on his mat in a class a few years ago, that he realised what yoga had come to mean to him and that he had to share its treasures with others. “Some of my most peaceful, joyful, loving and empowered moments have arisen on the mat. For me it is the path towards true and total freedom, the path home, the path on which I learn, serve and love.”
