A 2 hour workshop gathering in the woods of Lower Bevendean, gently exploring our relationship to this space through guided practices.
Bathing in the atmosphere of the forest and taking it in through our senses.
From the Japanese 'shinrin-yoku', 'forest bath'.
We will draw upon some of the core routines of Nature Connection, meditations, games and time for self reflection and group sharing.
We will be using a public space so there may be other people around.
The ground can be uneven with roots and branches of the forest floor so please wear appropriate footwear and be mindful of the surface.
Dress to stay warm and dry for British Autumnal weather.
Bring snacks to share and something to hydrate with.
In exchange for a free place you agree to have your photo/video taken for use in publicity.
This workshop is open to all genders and sexualities. Nature welcomes us all.
