Hi, Weekenders!
2020 has started, and fitness wise this means getting stronger and prepping for summer. If you're into fitness, or simply want to enjoy a gay-friendly workout, The Weekending is the place to be!
The Workout:
For our winter edition expect a barbell based, 60 min group workout (accessible to any fitness level), led by our instructors Fabio & Will, where you will perform high reps, pump your muscles, improve your strength, sweat and most of all have fun!
The Post Workout:
The Weekending isn't just about a sweat-drenching workout, but it's also a social event, where we can have a laugh and make new friends!
