The Workout:
For this edition expect a high intesity barbell based, 60 min group workout (accessible to any fitness level), led by our instructor Fabio, where you will perform high reps, pump your muscles, improve your strength, sweat and most of all have fun!
The Post Workout:
The Weekending isn't just about a sweat-drenching workout, but it's also a social event, where we can have a laugh and make new friends! Very often we hang out together, go for a bite out or simply chill at the park in summer!
