Fran is BACK!
Get ready for another 30-minutes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) - all out 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short (and sometimes active) recovery periods using a variety of body weight exercises - so no equipment needed!
Although it's an intensive class, our main focus will be working at intensities and levels that suit you best as an individual. Exercise DOES NOT have to equal pain, so while we'll be challenging ourselves throughout the workout, be sure to know your limitations and go at your own pace - No pain most definitely CAN get you gains!
Fran teaches a variety of classes as well as working with clients 1-1 all over England and her goal is to guide and help us find (enjoyable!!!) ways to move that feel best for our own bodies on our own terms... which is exactly what we like to hear! 💪🙌
** Please note that Fran is working in association with @acronymfit - who are a fitness space catered towards the LGBTQIA+ community and they will be donating any money made to the Charity cliniQ* a trans led non-profit organisation dedicated to enhancing the lives of trans people, their partners, family and friends.
