LGBT+ Young Persons Voices on Policing, Hate Crime and Prosecution
Tickets Off Sale
A panel of speakers from London's Metropolitan Police, British Transport Police and the Crown Prosecution Service will be talking through their organisations' commitment to supporting LGBT+ young persons as well as sharing their ideas and solutions to the break up of the relationship between young persons and the criminal justice services. We'll then be joined by LGBT+ young persons from Mosaic who are sharing their own experiences. We're supporting these young persons to distill these experiences into learning that can be shared and hopefully assist Police Services as well as CPS on better meeting their needs.
Mosaic LGBT+ Young Persons' Trust is here to make sure the voices of young LGBT+ persons experiences are heard at the highest levels of decision making.
If you work in hate crime advocacy, working with young persons who might be victims of a hate crime or are a Police Officer or work for Crown Prosecution Service you will find these conversations and insights revealing and hopefully they can assist in improving policy and practice.
