Welcome to Camden Shorinji Kempo! We're proud to be an openly LGBTQ+ Shorinji Kempo martial arts club where everyone is welcome. We are fully committed to your well-being and our sessions centre on respect, cooperation and inclusion.

Our Tuesday class is held every week at 7pm and our Sunday class is held at 6pm. We also run an online class. We currently allow a limited number of people to train in person. Make sure you book your in-person ticket early to avoid disappointment.

Our practical self-defence classes are suitable for everyone.  You don't need any experience in sports or martial arts, just enthusiasm! We'll teach you hard strikes (punches and kicks), soft grappling techniques, meditation and restorative massage practices in a safe and encouraging environment. All our teaching has been adapted to ensure that it is COVID-safe. 

Wear some loose-fitting workout clothes and you must wear a mask.  Do bring a water bottle!
