Enjoy a 1.5 hour workshop with Mia Shanti - what to expect:

Isolation warm up 20 mins - warm up the body by moving and stretching in different dynamic ways and to all beats of the music.

Conscious Connection 30 mins - freestyle to music I select and start practicing using all parts of your body and connecting to the beat of the track, I will spend a short 1 on 1 with everyone in this session to go through your strengths of movements with certain body parts and what needs to be more connected.

Short musicality Choreography 30 mins - 32 count choreo to recap the movement learnt in the workshop.

10 mins spare for video recording time for your socials.
