ALTER EGO WORKSHOP

Learn how to develop your own character, serve face and capture that audience through eye contact.

Enjoy a 1.5 workshop with Mia Shanti -what to expect:

Fun, silly and energetic warm up to break the ice! - 20 mins.

.

Character interpretation 30 mins - we will look be looking at some characteristics of alter ego characters, famous artists and mythical creatures and analyse how they portray themselves and exercise that. We will also be learning the power of the doe vs siren eyes and how that can capture an audience.

Face-ography 30 mins - Learn a 32 count choreo and serving face to the gods!!! - in this you will also learn a very basic choreo to show you how little movement is needed if you can serve face right.

10 mins at the end to film anything you want for your socials etc.

*Please wear something comfortable and that makes you feel like a boss - heels welcome or you can go barefoot if you wish! Its important your attention in your face rather than balance and poise x
