Here is what we have in store for you in Round-II
The Workout:
expect a 50 min HIIT Circuit Workout. There will be 4 different bases where you will perform atomic push-ups, burpees, jumping squats and much more, 2 sets of high-intensity interval sprints, but most of all a lot of stamina. Expect to finish and feel a sense of achievement, pumped and energised.
The Post Workout:
You can expect more out of The Weekending than just a high-intensity workout. Let’s go social, real social!
So, once we’re done working out, let’s kick-back in the park, enjoy a snack and mingle (feel free to bring your post workout food).
The Meeting Point:
We will meet at Clapham Common Underground 1:30 pm.
