The hot weather is back, and it means outdoor activities as well. If you're into fitness, want to burn some calories, or want to enjoy an outdoor gay-friendly workout, The Weekending is the place to be!

The Workout:
Expect a HIIT 55 min group circuit (accessible to any fitness level), led by our instructors Fabio & Will, where you will exercise, sprint, sweat and have fun!
