🍏 FRESH PLUCKED LINE-UP: 🍐
✨ANDREW O'NEILL✨
Award-winning (oc)cult comedian Andrew O'Neill is, in his words, "standing just outside the mainstream, occasionally peeping over the fence at what’s going on (it’s usually not very interesting)".
His 2019 Fringe show 'We Are Not In The Least Afraid Of Ruins; We Carry A New World In Our Hearts' took an optimistic view of the impending environmental apocalypse, exhorting the audience to imaginative and novel feats of activism. A passionate vegan and anti-capitalist, Andrew blends political acuteness seamlessly with his trademark diabolical absurdism, honed over a decade on stage, from Download to the London Palladium.
★★★★★ "Meaningful nonsense. ....keeps the audience in a constant state of elation" - The Wee Review
★★★★ "Sublime ... a triumph" - The List
"Absolutely hilarious" - Neil Gaiman
"The very definition of alternative" - Time Out
✨SIÂN CLARKE✨
Sian Clarke is a difficult woman.
When asked to provide a small biography, she refused stating that everyone should know who she is, because she’s done loads of cool stuff and everyone is jealous of her anyway.
She will be performing something she insists IS funny and anyone who doesn’t laugh just doesn’t get it.
When asked if she could share any of her performative experiences or endeavours, or give any indication that she has any theatrical credentials whatsoever, she started screaming.
✨PLUS MORE ACTS TBA✨
✨MC: SIÂN DOCKSEY✨
The UK’s number one Welsh-Armenian queer comedian from Belgium.
BBC New Comedy Award Nominee 2019, featured in The Telegraph’s Funniest One-Liners of the fringe 2017.
★★★★ “Joy and bewilderment in equal measure” - The Skinny
“Silly, nonsensical, political, feminist and weird.” - One4Review
