ABOUT THE PERFORMERS
Ash Bainbridge (they/he) is a trans polyamorous poet, home educating parent, and student midwife with a flaming uterus. They use language as safety, progress, and glue. Ash received full mentorship with The Word Association in 2022, is a rostered artist with Written Off Publishing, and performs across the UK on stage and at protests. Performance praise includes, “Bloody hell, spot on.” - Jonny Fluffypunk; and “Sparky spoken word. Definitely one to watch.” - Emma Purshouse. In July, Ash is on the bill at The New York City Poetry Festival, USA. Trans-crip-t is his first poetry pamphlet.
