Standard entry tickets grant entry to unreserved seating in the stalls, circle and upper circle (if in use). If it’s very busy they may be standing tickets. Get there as early as possible to secure a good seat!
Concession pricing is for anyone who believes they need to pay less, for example students, those on low income, or those accessing benefits. (Note: if you are struggling to a afford a ticket at all, see NOTAFLOF info in access section below for more info)
VITL (Very Important Time Lords) tickets include a seat on a table with the best view of the action up front, plus some extra timey-wimey treats. The extra cost of the VITL tickets helps to subsidise NOTAFLOF (not turned away from lack of funds) tickets, so please do consider purchasing a VITL ticket if you are able.

ACCESS INFO
This show will contain some flashing lights, loud music and use of haze. We have earplugs available for those affected by noise sensitivity - please just ask a member of the team on the night if you'd like to make use of these. There should be plenty of seating at this event, first come first served apart from for VIP ticket holders, so if you do require a seat get there earlier to have a better choice.
Here’s access info taken from The Clapham Grand’s website:
We make every effort to ensure that The Clapham Grand is a place for all. Please see below for information about our facilities for audience members with access requirements. If there’s anything you are unsure about, or we haven’t covered, don’t hesitate to contact us on 020 7223 6523 or email access@claphamgrand.com.
Our office hours are 9am – 5:30pm Mon – Sat.
- For all access patrons we provide a free ticket for a PA or carer/companion when purchasing a full price ticket. We recommend that you contact us before purchasing any tickets so we can advise you on how best to purchase and availability.
- The accessible area is located in the Stalls (ground floor) of our venue – on the left when looking at the stage. There are good site lines to the stage with step free entry to our access toilet, which is located within the Gender Neutral toilet block. Please note on occasion the Gender Neutral toilets can be made single gender, in which case one of our team can escort you in.
- If a patron requires an alternative part of the venue other than our access area please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can talk through other options.
- We can provide priority entry to minimise queuing times.
- We can provide ramped access into our venue at the side of the venue on Severus Road. The ramp is 37 inches wide, 60 inches in length with a 750kg SWL (Safe Working Load). Please contact us if you have any concerns or believe the weight/width to be an issue and we will try to find alternate ways of getting you into the building comfortably.
- Unfortunately we do not have step free access to the circle or upper circle of the venue, and the bar in the stalls is located 5 steps up from our access area. Please
- Our wheel chair accessible bathroom doorway is 30 inches wide & the access cubicle doorway itself is 31.5 inches wide, with an inward opening door. If you have a larger chair, or have any questions about accessing these facilities please contact us directly and we will assist in any way possible.
- Unfortunately the public smoking area is not step free from the access area, but we can profile an alternative space which can be access during any intervals.
