Join the aptly named Harmony Heaven, Banstead’s very own Drag Queen, along with upcoming operas divas for an evening at the opera. Harmony will be exploring a Woman’s view point in Opera via the works of Mozart, Delibes, Bizet, and many more! Featuring Pianist Janet Woods, and Soprani Harim Ho, Alice Howell, Claire Gale, Kaytie Jones, Katie Brown and Rosalind Hardie.
If you’ve never heard opera or thought you’d like opera, well hunny, after this you’ll love it! You may be yet to singalong to Strauss, moan to Mozart, or harmonise to the Habañera, but this event will change that. Don’t be put off by the title, women are the feature, not just Opera! We shall be exploring the different view of women throughout the years, featuring Musical Theatre tunes, Opera, and Operetta.
