COVID-19 Response

As the world faces a major challenge, we hope you and your loved ones are safe at home!

We feel uplifted not only by the courage and dedication of those on the frontline of fighting this pandemic, but also by the resilience in our community. It is a delight to experience the creativity of performers and event organisers who are coming up with a variety of temporary ways to stay connected with the community during these times.

We hope this will all be over soon!

Below you can find a few useful links with Frequently Asked Questions for both event organisers and attendees:

Attendees:

As per the government's restrictions, the UK is in lockdown and there's a ban on social gatherings until further notice. We are doing our best to not show any On Location events and only show events that have been changed to an Online Event, added as an Online Event or follow the current COVID-19 guidelines.

If you have booked tickets for an event that can't go ahead due to the current restrictions:
• I haven't received an update from the event organiser, how can I request a refund?
• I have a question about an event I booked tickets for

Please note that OutSavvy always processes FULL refunds including any booking fees. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.

Event organisers:

We'd kindly ask all event organisers to manage their event and inform their guests appropriately. You can either reschedule or cancel your event, or add a new online event and transfer over any booked tickets.
