Every Monday (except the last Monday of the month), come and join us for an hour of fitness, strength, and skills training.

We will meet at Oasis Sports Centre, Studio 1 (no need to pay at reception, just tell them you are there for Knockout).

Please arrive at 6:45pm to get changed and to wrap your hands (a coach can help with that if you're a beginner).

Changing rooms at Oasis have private showers - Gendered M/F. Non-gendered changing rooms are located nearby the pool. Lockers are available however, you have to buy a 30p token from the machine near reception to lock them.

We will have gloves and hand wraps to borrow for first-timers. Please purchase wraps before your second class. More info about equipment here.
