Our Soho session is open to everyone who has picked up the basics, whether you’re still getting used to putting on gloves or sharpening your skills. This class blends boxing technique with fitness and conditioning for a complete workout.

You’ll work through:

Warm-up
Technique and footwork drills
Partner combinations

Please note that the last Monday of each month, this is run as a FLINTA class which can be booked at the link below.

All levels encouraged but newcomers must attend a beginner's class to learn the basics.

In the event you cannot attend, please use the 'Ticket Change' feature on Outsavvy
Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances where Ticket Change is not possible, and only if a request is made at least 24 hours before class starts.
For safety and insurance purposes, each ticket must be booked under a different names. Multiple bookings under the same name may be cancelled without warning.
Latecomers may be turned away at the coach's discretion.
Not suitable for newcomers to boxing
