Knockout London Monday Boxing Training
Every Monday (except the last Monday of the month), come and join us indoors for an hour of fitness, strength, and skills training. We will meet at Oasis Sports Centre, Studio 1.
Changing rooms at Oasis have private showers - Gendered M/F. Non-gendered changing rooms are located nearby the pool. Lockers are available however, you have to buy a 30p token from the machine near reception to lock them. We will have gloves and hand wraps to borrow for first-timers. Please purchase wraps before your second class if you can. More info about equipment here.
Please arrive at 6:45pm to get changed and to wrap your hand (a coach can help with that if you're a beginner). The class starts at 7pm and lasts an hour.
Tickets go on sale for the following week at 10pm on Monday.
Places are limited, so please don't turn up unless you have a place booked on this system.
If you cannot attend the class anymore, please return the ticket via Outsavvy so we can offer the ticket to someone else on the automated waiting list.
Waiting list notifications will run up to the hour of the event start time.
Cancellation policy:
Tickets can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the start of the Monday class. Please submit a cancellation request through OutSavvy.
