You can choose from:
- Online LIVE Naked Yoga Yin-Yang* Class WEDNESDAY, hald dynamic and half super relaxing and stretchy, more suitable for beginners.
- Online LIVE Naked Yoga Vinyasa* Class THURSDAY.
All Classes will be held in LONDON UK time,

🎥 Classes are recorded, only the teacher will be visible in the recording. You will have access to the class for the 7 following days OnDemand. 🎥
WEEKLY SCHEDULE:
Wednesday: Yin-Yang 60 min 19:00 – 20:00
Thursday: Vinyasa 60 min 19:00 – 20:00

RULES
- Nudity is mandatory so everybody will be on the same level. Women are allowed to wear bottoms during their menstrual cycle.
- Each session is hosted online and requires the participant to have their camera ON, be in view, and to be participating.
- Only positive vibes, strictly NO sexual or sensual energy, any misconduct will result in being excluded from the class and from any future bookings, you will be blocked and reported and no refund will be given.
- Unfortunately if these conditions cannot be met, even for technical reasons, you will be removed from the session.
Bandwidth requirements**
- 800kbps/1.0Mbps (up/down) for high quality video.
- For gallery view and/or 720p HD video: 1.5Mbps/1.5Mbps (up/down)
- Receiving 1080p HD video requires 2.5mbps (up/down)
- Sending 1080p HD video requires 3.0 Mbps (up/down)
