What is draglesque? We’re not sure if its a word, but we adore it and giving it the old ShiRazzle Dazzle. Imagine a venn diagram between drag and burlesque, it's the section in the middle which just so happens to be rhinestoned, wearing too much eyeshadow, and spinning tassels from multiple body parts. It's Pride month too, so what better time to celebrate everything that sparkles, shines, and makes your eyes hurt in the best way possible.
A glittering all-star lineup of drag, burlesque and cabaret artistes will join the delightfully bonkers, Dolly Trolley, for the nineteenth edition of Cabaret Sauvignon on the spectacular stage of Colours Hoxton. Critics are describing the night as well rounded, crisp, complex, earthy, nutty, sophisticated, pungent, and capable of ruining your carpet.
