A Fetish Week London Fringe (Independently run) Event
Ever wondered what hypnosis is and how it can be used?
Whether you'd like to use hypnosis for relaxation, self-improvement, or something a bit kinkier, these workshops are for you. You'll learn some basic techniques that you can use in any way you choose.
Part One (Morning): Theory and Relaxation
In the morning, we'll cover the basics of hypnosis and look at the six stages of a hypnosis session.
Delegates will learn a basic induction and be able to practice taking each other into a deeply relaxed state plus safe awakening. You'll be able to use these ideas straight away to help yourself and others relax and release stress.
Part Two (Afternoon): Doing work in trance
Delegates will learn a second induction and two techniques for doing work in trance. These techniques will be able to be honed to a number of different uses for both vanilla and kinky/erotic hypnosis as you wish.
As we practice, we will look more closely at tone of voice and how that affects trance work.
You can choose to attend just the morning or both parts of the day. Part Two is only available if you've attended Part One.
All delegates will be expected to practice techniques both as the hypnotist and subject.
All delegates will receive a series of scripts for the six stages of hypnosis. Delegates for Part Two will also receive scripts for the two work techniques.
Please note
As part of Fetish Week London, this course is open to people of all genders, sexualities and kink interests. Kink clothing is encouraged, but not mandatory, but please keep it safe for work (no bums or other rude bits showing). Also, pups, please be ready to remove your hoods, as it can be difficult to hear you speak or to read your facial expression.
Contact lenses have been known to slip during hypnosis. It is strongly advised that contact lens wearers to use glasses instead for this workshop.
This event is designed to help participants understand the basics of hypnosis for recreational uses. It is not designed to teach any aspects to be used therapeutically. There is no explicit content in this event. You won't be turned on.
