VFD presents…
TE MANAWA
Māori Concept - The heart, a place of affection, tolerance and breath.
Leaning into their Māori heritage VFD founder Lyall Hakaraia looks to curate an event that embraces the concept of Te Manawa, creating a space of shared love, joy and solidarity, a place to breathe with our Femme X and QTBIPOC community.
VFD presents a night of collective community empowerment as we celebrate with RhyssPieces, Black Venus and Hot Brown Honey (on their only scheduled London stop of their 2023 UK tour)!
Our event falls on International Sex Workers Day and we will be fundraising for the NHS outreach programme Open Doors and the Josephine Butler Society who both support the health and well being of street Sex Workers.
