Explore how mantras, kirtan and meditation can ground you to stability within your root chakra
The root chakra, or Muladhara, is located at the base of your spine. It provides you with a base or foundation for life, and it helps you feel grounded and able to withstand challenges. Your root chakra is responsible for your sense of security and stability
🔺
We will be meditating on mantras with hand mudras and singing ~ dancing to kirtans.
🔺
The root chakra is comprised of whatever grounds you to stability in your life. This includes your basic needs such as food, water, shelter, and safety, as well as your more emotional needs such as letting go of fear. When these needs are met, you feel grounded and safe, and you tend to worry less day to day.
🔺
We will be meditating on mantras with hand mudras and singing kirtans.
🔺
Please come dressed in red. This colour is related to the base chakra.

This is a Donation Based Workshop* (Suggested minimum donation range £5)
