Maartje Hensen, alongside a diverse team of international travel writers, has crafted a swoon-worthy guide that showcases the best places and events the queer world has to offer.
At the book launch, Maartje and some of the contributors will share insights into the creative process behind "The Pride Atlas" and the experiences that inspired its creation. You'll have the opportunity to engage with the author, ask questions, and celebrate the release of this remarkable travel guide.

Maartje, a talented queer photographer, writer, and traveller from Amsterdam, who brings a colourful and personal touch to the imagery within the book. With a passion for capturing authentic moments in natural light, Maartje's work reflects joy and inclusivity
Contributors: The Queer Nomads
The Queer Nomads, Lexie and Aisha Shaibu-Lenoir are a married couple based in London. They have gained multiple recognitions for their impactful work as LGBTQ+ activists, entrepreneurs, and travel content creators. Lexie and Aisha are prominent voices who actively promote the celebration of queer joy and advocate for greater representation and visibility within the travel industry.

Charis McGowan is a British journalist who has lived and worked in South America for the past ten years. She has reported and worked for The Guardian, BBC, Al Jazeera, and was formerly Music Editor-at-Large at gal-dem magazine.
