2.00pm - Arrival at F45 Training Brixton
2.20pm - Fitness kicks off
3.45pm to 4.30pm Shower, travel to Vauxhall for after party
4.30pm - Royal vauxhall tavern doors open
5.00pm - 
Karla Bear hosts drag acts Ruby Murry& Chanel no5 with DJ Liam Chaplin
5.15pm - Ruby Murry Drag Performance
6.00pm - Stonewall housing talk with Gold Olympic Diver Matthew Mitcham.
6.15pm - Chanel No 5 Drag Performance
7.00pm - WayneDavid dj set
9.00pm - Event ends / RVT doors open to public (feel free to stay longer)

Do i need to participate in the fitness section to come along?
No - you can come along to spectate or even just to join us when we move in doors for the entertainment and celebrations!
Can i bring friends?
Absolutely! the more support the better! just make sure they have a ticket!
What does the ticket price include?
The tikets include participation in the fitness games, free entry into rvt and our amazing entertainment. our entertainers are all helping support the cause by working for free or at dicsounted costs. a hige thanks also to rvt who are hosting us for free and even arranging event permission with the council on our behalf!
Will there be any showers or changing rooms?
No - F45 Brixton has showers - we ask anyone who lives nearby to shower at home enrolee to RVT so that our boiler can cope!
How do we get to RVT?
Its approx 25 mins walk, or around 15 mins total with a couple of stops on the bus and then a 10 minute walk! We can travel in one big group!
Will the games be hard?
The aim of theday is to have fun with your friends and fellow members! there will be some team elements and some fun sports day elements thrown in! the games will be as hard as you allow them to be!
