Come and join me every Thursday 5:45-6:45pm for some beginners yoga and to start your yoga journey
Is Yoga something you’ve always wanted to give a go but not sure where to start? Are you wanting to try something new?…something that will transform you internally and externally?
An hour of movement, meditation and breath work which your mind, body and soul will thank you for!
This class is a beginners class however all levels, abilities and bodies are welcome!
What to bring:
- Come with an open mind!
- Mats are provided but bring one if you have one
- A drink
- Come in comfy clothes, bring jumpers, socks, a blanket, cushions etc anything that you would like for shavasana and meditation at the end
- Any props if you would like e.g straps, blocks, bolsters etc
