Etaf

Etaf is a Kuwaiti singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist currently living in London. Raised in Kuwait and with Palestinian and Lebanese roots, Etaf is proudly part of the Arabic diaspora and her music draws on her Arabic heritage. She sings mainly in standard Arabic (Arabic Fusha) but since moving to London has started weaving English into her songs. Etaf released her first single 7a2 (Haa’) in June 2023. 7a2 challenges expectations around how Arabic music should be composed and has captivated mixed audiences around London. Etaf is now working on several songs that will continue to subvert expectations. Her second song, To Love, will be released in October 2023, and her first EP, Insan, in May 2024.

tall child is the alias for Zha Gandhi, a South East London based musician of Nigerian/Indian heritage paving the way for black artists in the indie music scene. tall child takes inspiration from the likes of Mitski, Julia Jacklin, Solange and Alicia Keys, to create a beautifully intimate and authentic basis for their soundscape. Through brutally honest lyrics, Zha explores their experiences as a queer disabled POC in hopes of creating a space for those who empathise with having their differences being used against them.

Sabiyha

South London-based artist Sabiyha is putting humanity to the forefront of her music as she explores and exposes the most vulnerable and empowering parts of herself. Weaving reality through her music, Sabiyha navigates themes of sexuality, queerness, trauma, sisterhood, and mental health on debut EP ‘Sheerkhan’, named after her mother’s surname, which is set for release in June 2023. When it comes to inspiration, Sabiyha turns to the cultures and communities closest to her as a queer, POC womxn. Motivated by her mother’s story of ambition, the British-Guyanese artist has adorned her latest project with lyrics and textures that honour her roots. From family voice notes to Bangla-style beats, Sabiyha has ensured her history, identity, and individuality are more than present in her work. With her previous singles have gathered support from the likes of Gay Times, The Guardian, Gal-Dem, The Line Of Best Fit, Nadine Shah, Jess Iszatt, and BBC Radio 1’s Jack Saunders, Sabiyha is ready to set bigger, bolder plans into motion with more new music to come.
Intisar

is a non-binary multi-disciplinary artist. They explore themes of identity and world views through poetry and music. The mixing of realities, time and the sense of self is something that interests them. Intisar explores religious imagery in relation to their queerness, bringing together their past and present in a unique way.
