R4GE kicks off it's UK tour in the heart of Birmingham's gay village, with a night of the best inclusive underground house music and performance Birmingham has to offer. Come join us as we unite in rave and call for an end to the hate and stigma being directed towards our trans, non-binary and queer siblings - all whilst raising funds for LGBTQ+ charities championing our cause.
Our home for the night will be Printwerkz, an intimate industrial club space and the latest addition to Birmingham's vibrant LGBTQ+ scene. Whether you're joining us to dance, drink or chat the night away, Printwerkz has a space for everyone!

Mix-Stress is a firm favourite on the Manchester music scene , pleasing audiences and ears with her sonically dynamic and uplifting sets. She enjoys monthly residences at various northern venues and both Gaydio & Reform Radio where she champions new and upcoming DJs and producers. Founder and curator of Manchester based events and arts collective, RebeccaNeverBecky and Co-founder of queer DJ Collective, Queer Latifah. By day she works with the GMCA Nighttime Economy & Creative, Culture Team as a Senior Policy Officer and also a curator and programmer within StreamGM, cultivating partnerships with grass root clubbing events as part of MainRoom - StreamGM's underground clubbing series and executive producer for new podcast talking point series, In Conversations and Masterclasses. Mix-Stress is very passionate about creating opportunities for others.
Just Soriah is a multi-genre DJ from Birmingham, recently named a Future Figure 2023 by BBC Radio 1XTRA. Soriah pins down residencies at some of Birmingham's hottest LGBTQ+ clubs, including The Nightingale and The Village Inn, and also plays for other various events and venues around the country including Vanilla Manchester, Manchester Pride, Lick Events, Leicester Pride and Knickerbocker Glory, among many others. She has also had guest mixes featured on BBC 1xtra, Reprezent Radio, The Beat London and Kiss Fresh, and recently joined the team at Gaydio with a monthly mix show. If that's not enough, Just Soriah is a regular fixture at Birmingham Pride festival and has also recently joined the team to become a programmer for the Dance Arena and the Future Stage, and runs her own LGBTQ+ event in Birmingham called 'Wile Out'.
Kate Meyher is resident at some of the West Midlands hottest nightspots including Mama Rouxs, Boltz and The Lion Bar. She's played alongside some of the LGBTQ+ scenes most well known DJs including Jodie Harsh, Woody Cook and Paul Morrell, and has shared the stage at prides across the UK with Danny Beard, Cheryl Hole, Vicki Vivacious, Ginny Lemon, Nadine Coyle, Angie Brown, Jamie Hensley and many more. Kate boasts an eclectic taste in music and loves nothing more than chunky house and disco beats with an infectious groove that you can't help but shake about too. Kate tells us you can expect to go on a journey through the latest underground deep, lo-fi, disco and jackin grooves at R4GE, and we can't wait to see it!
Duplikate is an up-and-coming DJ whose passion for good music has taken her from a back bedroom in Wales to meeting some of her favourite artists. She’s played across the Midlands and back to her home town of Swansea, with resident slots at Access the Music and more. Highlights of her career so far have included sharing lineups with international DJs and joining Birmingham's house and disco favourites at Juice events as she slowly breaks into the local scene with her signature selections. Next up is a night of top-tier house tunes and good vibes at R4GE!
Alongside our DJs you'll find our uber gorgeous performers and go go dancers, including Birmingham's very own Lola Thorne and Sissy. Lola is a self confessed dancing, kicking theatre witch, an international drag artist, and a regular face entertaining audiences in Birmingham with residencies at Alberts Schloss and Nightingale Club where they work alongside Sissy. Sissy has performed at clubs and events right across the UK, and also runs their own night Transcendent at The Village Inn.
R4GE is open to anyone who wants to see an end to the dangerous rhetoric being used to attack the trans+, non-binary and queer communities, and to further this we'll be donating 25% of all proceeds to LGBTQ+ charities. So what more excuse do you need - come and party with us, and lets give homophobia and transphobia the middle finger!
