A conversation that brings together community facilitators based in Sheffield who are committed to creating spaces for marginalised voices. Through events, including film clubs, workshops, and outings, the panellists Naziha Arebi, Leah Lapautre, and Asma Kabadeh embrace intersections of queerness, race, and class. Striving to achieve a sense of togetherness, their work aims to improve cultural diversity in the city’s artistic and cultural scene.
As part of Queer East 2023: On The Road, taking place in venues across the UK from October to December. Find out more about our screening events at Showroom Cinema, Sheffield here.
