Christmas Authors' Evening

The Common Press is delighted to invite you to our annual Christmas Authors' Evening on the 18th of December, from 6:30 pm to 10 pm.

Join us to savour mulled wine, meet your favourite authors, and secure signed copies of their books—just in time for Christmas!

Last year's event was a delight, featuring over 25+ queer authors, poets, and writers from across the UK and abroad. This year, our Christmas Authors' Evening promises even more writers, performances, and games for a festive evening of socializing.

There will be a festive Common Press Quiz taking place in our downstairs event space from 7:00pm (6 people max per team!)

The bar will be open for the event if you would like to buy drinks. Please arrive at 6:30 pm via The Common Press entrance.
Please note that depending on total ticket sales and additional author confirmations, we may need to use our event space downstairs. This area is not currently wheelchair accessible. If you are a wheelchair user please email us at books@commonpress.co.uk, and we will do everything we can to make sure you are able to meet the authors you would particularly like to speak to.
Tickets are free, but if you would like to support The Common Press and the continuing work we do, there is a pay-what-you-want option and donations are gratefully received.
