“I’ve consulted the oracle and the local woman at the end of the mountain —
both tell me I am to listen to myself or befall a grave end.”
After a blurry night of infidelity, a gratuitous nosebleed, and a free sausage roll, Jess begins to rebuild his life in this hellish and hilarious night of spoken word, storytelling, and stand-up. A fresh and fierce one-man show, We Were Always Doomed is a poetic exploration of the horror and joy we experience when we face our deepest truths.
