Our Queer Hiking Group for queer migrants and queer people of colour heads to a new trail each month, and for April, we’re heading out to the Chilterns!
On Sunday 21st April, we’ll be running our next organised small group hike through the Chess Valley – a 10 mile linear trail within the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
This is a beginner-friendly hike with a some ascents and descents, some narrow and overgrown paths that can get quite muddy, and a few steps. We may also be facing wet or windy weather on the day.
The hike will take around 5-6 hours, with time allocated for breaks and lunch, and once again, we’ll be led by an experienced hiker and mountain leader trainee.
Travel to and from the city centre will be reimbursed up to £10 per person, but places are limited, so please sign up!
This event is being run by The Love Tank, as part of the Maureen Project.
