The weather is getting better (sort of) and summer is fast approaching, which means that it is quickly coming up to preview season for the hottest new comedy shows touring this year!
Join us at Gullivers on Monday 6th May for our first preview of the summer, featuring brilliant new work from:
Justina Seselskaite
Justina Seselskaite is a comedian based in Manchester. An immigrant from Lithuania, she moved to the UK on 2014. “Settled” is a comedy show about that journey and trying to navigate this new country. This show is a period piece.
Tour support for Hayley Ellis and Winner of British Comedy Guide talent awards 2021.
"Jen Ives is wonderful, I've discovered her comedy in recent years, and I can't get enough of it" - James Acaster
and Paul Campbell
Bringing a quirky stage presence and tales of failure, Paul Campbell has been described as ‘extremely funny while being highly unrelatable and highly relatable, all at the same time’. After gigging on the circuit since 2018, Paul brings debut hour to Blizzard as he discusses his love of the 90s and 00s supermarket Somerfield and goes through each stage of the little known 'Supermarket grief'.
“A delightful ball of whimsical oddity. His journeys into life’s frustrations are both hilarious and fascinatingly engaging” - Nodding Dog Comedy
"This is a beautiful show that ends up bringing you onboard Paul's frankly unhealthy obsession. A great performance...a riveting show. A joy" - Late Stage Comedy
As always, our tickets are free to book at point of sale, although we will be taking donations by both cash and card on the door, which will be entirely split between performers.
