I'm back again for summer and this time cooking with my good friends at Tuck Shop, Fish Island.
I have been buying meat, produce and other delicious things from Tuck Shop since they opened nearly three years ago. Jake and Sam champion local makers, British farmers and seasonal produce and are a natural fit for the seasonal, locally sourced menus I like to create.
We are going to be firing up the BBQ up aand keeping our fingers crossed that June blesses us with some sunshine so we can take advantage of the outside seating at Tuck Shop. There will be two sittings across the day, please select your preferred time when booking your tickets.
Sitting one - 4:30pm - 6:15pm
Sitting two - 7pm - 8:45pm
A set menu designed to share, showcasing some of the delights summer is starting to bring us.
Menu will be a 5/6 dishes from the list below and is subject to change depending on availability.
