Led by York-based community musician @ sound therapist Aaron Soon, you will delve into the history and evolution of various music genres, explore percussion instruments and techniques used in spiritual music, apply spiritual music with mindfulness practice, and gain practical knowledge and experience in creating spiritual music as a group.
