Featuring fierce fat performers, pageant style competitions and glorious games, Meringue plays the best pop bangers, grunge anthems, disco and RnB throwbacks.

Meringue is an inclusive, queer, fat and plus sized club night that puts fat, LGBTQI+ performers at the forefront. Body positivity is at the core of this event and the music and performances are focused on fat liberation and self expression, all in a safer and inclusive space that is for everyone. NOTAFLOF event: meaning if ticket costs are a issue please do send us a message here or @meringuequeerparty on Instagram. If you require an access ticket we'll email to check in about how we can make the party more comfy for you to have a good time. The Star of Bethnal Green has step free access to the party on the ground floor and toilets will be gender neural for our event. Unfortunately the toilets at this venue are not wheelchair accessible (locating nearest disabled access toilet options: Nandos and McDonald's less than 5 mins away.)
Meringue is a night that aims to create a safer space for fat queer folks of all identities: dykes, trans+ people, POC, and give you a dancefloor where you can feel empowered and have the freedom to wear what you want and be who you want to be!
