Queer Capoeira
Sold Out
The Common Press is excited to host Queer Capoeira on 18th July from 7 pm - 9 pm for beginners or experienced capoeiristas. It's a great opportunity to learn, practice and socialise with other queers who love Capoeira. The evening will be led by Z B Hunter (Wakanda).
Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art and game that integrates elements of dance, acrobatics, music, and spirituality. Renowned for its acrobatic and intricate maneuvers, capoeira often involves hands on the ground and inverted kicks, showcasing its dynamic and fluid nature. This martial art has been a part of Afro-Brazilian culture for centuries, embodying a rich history and tradition that continues to thrive today.
About Z B Hunter (Wakanda)
