A word from our hosts, Matej and Jan:
We firmly believe that before you can understand others, you must first understand yourself. Therefore, all our learning experiences share a common goal: they inspire participants to confidently say, "I know me!" Discovering who you are is enlightening, and knowing how to apply that knowledge in the professional world is truly life-changing. That is why self-awareness is at the heart of our mission to empower individuals and teams to thrive at work.
iNOMEE®, founded by Jan and Matej, is more than a business – it's born from personal journeys navigating the complexities of corporate life. Recognising the need for guidance, the duo launched iNOMEE® to help individuals, teams, and their leaders reach their full potential.
As a family business and LGBT+ owned business, we understand the importance of inclusion in the workplace. Therefore, we are active members of ProudHR: a network for queer HR professionals Through ProudHR, we work with passionate professionals from various industries to improve the lives of LGBT employees and bring important topics to the forefront of discussion. Together, we amplify diverse voices, driving towards a more inclusive future.
