Bringing attention to yourself and tocusing on your awareness, to encourage the flow of energy back into your body and to bring your power back!What to bring:
Come in comfy clothes, bring jumpers, socks, a blanket, cushions etc anything that you would like for shavasana (laying down relaxation) and meditation at the endAny props if you would like e.g straps, blocks, bolsters, eye masks etc
