SAPPHIC YOGA CLUB - SLOW FLOW x PIZZA SOCIAL Join for a relaxed and social evening of slow flow yoga and pizza for queer women, non-binary and trans people. 18:45-19:00 - arrival
19:00-20:00 - slow flow yoga
20:00-21:00 - pizza social
All welcome - no previous yoga experience is required. The slow flow yoga will involve mindful movement, stretching and breathing.
If you’d like some pizza please select the ‘yoga +pizza’ ticket. Please set out any dietary requirements. You are very welcome to stay post-yoga even if you don’t buy a ‘pizza’ ticket. What to bring / wear - please wear whatever you feel comfortable to move and stretch in. Mats and props will be provided. Accessibility - I would love to make the session as accessible as possible so please do get in touch if there are any questions or concerns you have about what will be included or any adjustments I can make for you. Please note the space is not wheelchair accessible.
