Mosaic Tapes takes traditional sounds and reappropriates and re-contextualises them. Samples are processed using bespoke Max MSP DSP environments, the Norns platform and a small Eurorack modular set up to create stuttering and drifting passages, drawing inspiration from skipping CDs, passing conversations and broken shortwave radios.
