Tantra can be an intense path towards deeper understanding of ‘What makes us tick'. Awareness, not least self-awareness, is often challenging: perhaps always challenging, if we let go enough into the practices. So, a vital part of the Tantric journey is love, finding our way through our darker sides and towards each other. In this afternoon's practices we'll explore different ways of love, and ways we might even be able to love ourselves.
This workshop, like other Tantric meetings, is both for guys new to Tantra and the experienced. We’ll start with introductions to each other and ways to ensure safety, confidentiality and consent. We will then move to gentle practices to raise awareness and arouse our energies, including an invitation to become undressed, and explore some of the tantric approaches to fully giving and fully receiving.
Please bring a sheet, towel, a water bottle, perhaps a sarong or blanket for breaks… and an open mind and heart.

Location notes: Lord Byron ‘Square’ is actually a light commercial area accessed from West Ashton Street, off Eccles New Road. After the entry gates, turn right then left into a short cut-de-sac and Pathways is on your right (number 15 with purple paint). It’s quiet on Saturdays with plenty of on-street parking. Pathways is about 10 minutes walk from the Langworthy tram and bus stops. Do call if you need directions.
