I'm so thrilled to be hosting the second session of Butch Robustos - a cigar and whiskey club for butch dykes! This time around we are doing a slightly more formal tasting.
What to expect
A small, intimate group of dykes, sharing cigars, learning and reinventing the culture, sharing knowledge, infiltrating and subverting the male cishet-dominated practice of cigars and whiskey drinking.
We will be tasting 2 types of whiskey and 1 cigar.
You are welcome to bring your own cigar if you prefer.
(If you would like to come for the whiskey only and cannot/choose not to smoke, that is also fine. But of course, be aware there will be others smoking around you.)

I am a whiskey/cigar hobbyist and enthusiast, with knowledge that is by no means all-encompassing. I will teach you a bit about the different types, their history, and how to taste them.
Beginners, enthusiasts, and connoisseurs alike are welcome. Come and access the world of cigars and whiskey. Share your favourites with the club and bond over butch history.
Who is this event for?
This event is targeted towards dykes who are butch-identifying, butch-leaning, or butch-aspirational. We are trans, enby, bi and ace inclusive.
Age limit 21 and above.
Please note that this event is held at an outdoor smoking area in a pub among other customers who are not attending our event.
Health / wellbeing
We will be sharing a cigar like old mates. You can choose to bring your own cigar if you prefer.
For your and the safety of others, please do not attend if you have any cold/flu symptoms. Covid testing is encouraged.
Accessibility
We will be situated in the outdoor pub terrace. There is step-free entrance to the pub and the pub garden. Accessible toilets are available.
Tickets
Your ticket includes 2 whiskeys and the shared cigars. I've made the ticket price as low as possible to cover my costs but make this accessible. If you would like to tip me, I've added a donation option. If cost is a barrier, please DM me on Instagram and I will try my best to accomodate you.
Tickets are non-refundable but can be returned to resale if event sells out.
