What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic dance is a free-form movement practice that helps you step out of your head, away from overthinking, and into your body. It’s a powerful way to ground yourself, release tension, and get deeply in touch with your emotions—all through the rhythm and flow of your own movement. With no judgment and no need for words, it creates an environment where you can express yourself freely and connect with others in a meaningful way. 🧘🏽♂️💫
Before the Dance:
Arrive early to explore Broadway Market, just steps away from the studio! This vibrant street market runs from 9 am to 5 pm, offering delicious international food, handmade crafts, and local goods.
Important:
Spaces are limited, so please only sign up if you’re certain you can attend. If you can no longer make it, kindly cancel your spot or inform us so we can offer it to someone else. 🙏🏽
