To mark Transgender Awareness Week, Knockout LGBTQ+ Boxing Club & Bender Defenders are coming together to showcase an evening of short films highlighting the incredible journey of trans fighters in boxing and martial arts.
We have hired the cutesy Gallery Cafe at St Margaret's House in Bethnal Green from 7-10pm.
This event is open to all members of Knockout and Bender Defenders, as well as their friends, family and partners. Please ensure all guests sign up through Outsavvy.
We want everyone to be able to attend regardless of income, therefore we have chosen a Pay What You Can pricing structure for the tickets. All proceeds will go towards hiring/staffing the venue, screening the films, etc.
Accessibility at The Gallery Cafe: Main entrance: 6 steps with handrail / Rear entrance: step-free / Portable hearing loop system available / Nearest accessible toilet: Mulberry Hall (within the St Margaret's House complex)
