Step back in time 80 years and visit wartime Leeds with a time travelling resident of the city!
Visit the city in a time when commuters moved by tram, the streets were awash with uniforms and a pint was 7 pence. Join our promenade into Leeds’ past, led by a young resident of 1943 played by an actor to find out about life in the city 80 years ago. This is a unique experience that shouldn’t be missed!
We will start at City Square before moving on to Park Row, Lands Lane, The Headrow Briggate and Boar Lane. This journey will take approximately an hour and end back in City Square. Both local and national history will be covered.

The route will be step free on public footpaths and public land. Presently this performance is without audio equipment but this is something on our radar for the future. We advise all audience members to check the Pedestrian Code of Conduct before attending. Duration is expected for about 60 minuites depending on group size and walking pace.
