Flogging can be a powerful practice, teaching us about the healing, non-dual space of oneness that lies between pain and pleasure. It can help us explore aggressive impulses alongside feelings of safety, love and care. It can support us in healing old wounds and trauma, expanding our window of tolerance as well as step into new expressions of pleasure. The workshop will include: - Theory and knowledge about the practice of flogging. - Effective creating a kinky scene : how to negotiate desires and boundaries with a partner - Partner exercises to create safety while exploring light domination and submission - We will create a kinky scene with a partner or partners allowing us to dive deep into the hidden parts of ourselves that lie within our sexuality and potentially hold space for healing. This short workshop will include the possibility of nudity and sexual touch. Participants will leave the workshop with practices and skills they can continue to develop on their own or with a partner.
