ACCESSIBILITY INFO AND SPACE DESCRIPTION:
- The Victoria is a step free venue inside. There is 1 step up in the entrance and security staff on the door will be available to provide a ramp to enter. There is a gender-neutral, wheelchair accessible toilet inside the gig room.
- The event will take place in The Victoria's gig space, which is accessed via the venue's main pub space through a door to the left of the main bar. There is a bar inside the gig space.
- We will have exclusive ticketed access to the gig space with wristbands for ticketholders. Your tickets will be checked on the door of the gig space. There will be a limited number of tickets available on the door.
- Accessibility companions can come for free with no need to book a ticket in advance.
- The maximum capacity of the event is 150 people.
- There is 1 gender-neutral, wheelchair accessible toilet inside the gig room, and also a gender-neutral toilet with 1 toilet cubicle and 2 urinals. Anyone can use these toilets. If you want to, you can also leave the gig room to use the toilets in the pub space, these are gendered toilets with more cubicles available in the “women's” room and more cubicles and urinals available in the “men's” room.
- We will have exclusive ticketed access to the gig space, but please note that the pub area will be open to a general crowd of pubgoers and we are unable to supervise this space.
- The space will have low lighting, we will use coloured lighting but no flashing lights or strobes. Please let us know if you have any needs for the lighting and we will do our best to accommodate.
- There will be approximately 10 chairs for seating set up in the gig space, and chairs can be added or removed on request. If you would like to reserve a seat in advance, please contact us using the contacts below.
- There is no cloakroom available, but we will set aside some chairs/tables to stack coats on; this area will not be supervised.
- If you need to take a break in a quieter space during the event, you can ask event staff to accompany you to the greenroom, which is accessed via an outdoor walkway behind the gig space.
